What is the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development?

We are the premier institution of Spiritual education facilitating and enhancing the ability of all individuals to fulfill their greatest potential by providing a structure, systems, tools, information, products and services to facilitate development and healing of the mind, body and spirit that leads to well-being.

What programs are offered at the Inner Visions Institute?

The Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development (IVISD) offers the following transformational programs:

  • Two-Year Personal Development Program - provides information, tools and skills for building and raising spiritual consciousness. Students are prepared to enhance their personal lives as they are empowered and prepared to make better choices resulting in a more fulfilling life.
  • Ministerial Ordination – following successful completion of the Personal Development Program, an additional two years of study culminate in ordination as a Minister of Spiritual Consciousness (MSC).

When and where are classes held?

Each class year begins with a mandatory Summer Intensive (SI). The first year SI is held at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. This year’s dates are June 30th – July 5th. We hold classes 4 weekends (Dates TBA) per year between September and June. Classes meet Friday 6pm -10pm; Saturday 9am-10pm; and Sunday 9am-5pm (with breaks throughout each day). These monthly classes are held in Silver Spring, MD.


What are the admissions requirements?

To be admitted to IVISD, one must be 18 years of age, hold a high school diploma or GED and be committed to one's own personal and spiritual growth and development. Basic computer skills are necessary for successful participation.


How do I enroll as a student?

The enrollment process begins with the completion and submission of the IVISD application. The prospective students must respond to a series of inquiries through submission of their application. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required. To obtain the application please click here.


When are applications due? Do I need to select coaching or ministry when I apply?

We are currently accepting Personal Development Program applications for 2013-14. All applications are due in to IVISD by March 15th, 2013. Applicants to this program do not need to select Coaching or Ministry.


How much does it cost?

The first year tuition is currently $3,950. This covers tuition and fees only. It does not include books or accommodations for our summer intensives.

Second year tuition is $4,950 and each of the third and fourth years is $5,250. This does not include books or accommodations for our summer intensives or retreats.

Payment plans are available to support our students in meeting these costs.

At this time IVISD does not offer financial aid.


Does IVISD offer financial aid?

We do not offer financial aid. We stand on Spiritual Principle knowing that the Universe/God will respond to a clear intention and work out the financial details. We also have a volunteer program through which prospective students offer two years of service in exchange for one year of tuition.


Is this a religious program?

Our program is based on Universal Law and Spiritual Principles which are the Truth that is found in all spiritual traditions. We welcome students from all religious and spiritual backgrounds and traditions.


Can the program be taken online or as a distance program?

The Personal Development Program is a blend of on-line distance learning and face-to-face instructions.


Where will I stay on class weekends?

Inner Visions maintains contracts with local hotels, who provide our students with discount rates. Many students also stay with friends, relatives or other students.


Is this a religious program?

IVISD is not a religious program nor are we affiliated with any church or denomination. We also do not teach religion. Our program is based on Universal Law and Spiritual Principles which are the Truth that is found in all spiritual traditions. We welcome students from all religious and spiritual backgrounds and traditions.


Can the program be taken online or as a distance program?

No. One of the strengths of our programs is the personal one-on-one coaching that our faculty provides and that students learn to do face-to-face.


What will I be able to do upon graduation?

The short answer is whatever your heart desires. Our students apply what they have learned so that they can masterfully create the lives that they desire to live.
