Coach Claudia is a licensed social worker with a masters degree in social work, an undergraduate degree in psychology, certification in Reiki II and spiritual life coaching certification from the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development.   She focuses on both individual and organization coaching in her spiritual life coaching practice, “Creating The Flow”.

At the organizational level, Coach Claudia has more than 25 years experience in program management and development, advocacy/outreach, public relations, budget management, fundraising and grant development, board relations, and involvement with community advisory boards, governmental agencies, and the general public. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative program strategies and initiatives in the health and human services, and family and youth services arenas.  She offers services to clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
