Norma’s personal mission “Embrace and Inspire difference” is the heart of her Spiritual Life Coaching and workshop facilitation practice. She is solely dedicated to helping others to discover “who they are”, understand their life purpose and overcome the fear of living as “who they are” no matter what that entails. Bald since age 7, Norma understands first hand learning to love and accept who you are and embraces her own unique physical appearance while inspiring others to do the same.
Norma provides individual coaching as well as group coaching and workshop facilitation. She has over 15 years experience in creating “Consciousness Centered Leaders” in corporations, churches and non-profit organizations. Norma’s coaching services, workshops and retreats focus on supporting her clients while on their journey to self-discovery.
