I provide individual spiritual life coaching sessions, as well as life coaching and personal growth seminars, workshops and retreats.  I work with individual men and women, high school students and youth serving organizations, and nonprofit organizations and communities.  Services are available in Washington, DC metro area; some individual services are available via telephone. 

Other services include:

• Usui/Tibetan Reiki Healing:  Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes stress reduction and relaxation.  As a Usui/Tibetan Master Reiki Teacher, I provide individual healing, and attunement/initiation and instruction.
• Shamanic Healing:  Shamanic Healing is using ancient indigenous rituals, ceremonies and techniques to serve and heal the individual and community.  Healing is the achieving a state of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual balance through energy medicine and spiritual wisdoms.  I provide individual or group healing sessions, and workshops and seminars on shamanism and shamanic healing.
